-Sometimes when I find myself getting angry at Len about some silly thing, I stop and think to myself, He has seen me pick my nose more times than I could ever possibly count, and still thinks I'm sexy as hell. This is generally pretty effective.

-I think I'm developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, because lately after I've been using the computer for an extended period, my forearms ache something fierce. It runs in my family. Sucks to be me.

-I forgot to mention this previously, but whilst I was away, my father had two heart attacks (he's fine now and has also quit smoking), my six year old nephew fell and broke his arm in two places on his birthday, and my grandmother on my mother's side passed away at the impressive age of 92. That's a lot of badness in a short period of time.

-I've been thinking about it, and here's a list (in no particular order) of people I genuinely want to see and spend quality time with when I get home (distance makes the heart grow fonder, my friend): Sarah (& Rob), Jon, Janene, Thalia (& Ian), Christina, Kevin, Matt H, Gary, Willie, Colin Bent, Colin K (permission pending), Gilliain, Calen, Ryan, Simon, Nathalie, Natalie, Taco, Tom, Julia K, Clint, Lydia. If you don't see your name above and feel that it should be there, it probably should be and I am just an ignorant arse. Ha ha. But truly, when you make a list spur of the moment, sometimes your brain skips the obvious....so, yeah. Feel free to yell or kick me or whatever. I won't kick back.

- Tonight my sister and I are going to Ikea for their never-has-a-sale sale. I should really just go outside and feed all my money to the rottweiler next door. Same difference.
